Beer By the Drink License (Beer - Includes Sunday Sales)

This license allows retailers to serve beer by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. This license allows retailers to operate between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. every day of the week.

  Beer and Light Wine By Drink

  This license allows retailers to serve beer and light wine by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. This license allows retailers to operate between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, including all election days.

    Retail By the Drink License (Spirits, Wine and Beer)

    This license allows retailers to serve intoxicating liquor by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. This license allows retailer to operate between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, including all election days.

      Retail By the Drink License (Spirits, Wine and Beer) Tax Exempt

      This license allows retailers to serve intoxicating liquor by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises. This license allows retailer to operate between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, including all election days.

        • Additional Requirements - Requires applicant applying for tax exempt organization to provide a letter from the U.S. Treasury Department exempting the organization from taxes under 501(C)(3), 501(C)(4), 501(C)(5), 501(C)(7), 501(C)(8), 501(C)(10), 501(C)(19), or 501(D); and a copy of the applicant's charter, if chartered by a national organization.

        Retail Liquor By the Drink Resort License (Spirits, Wine and Beer)

        This allows licensee to qualify for a license to sell all intoxicating liquor (including spirits, wine and beer) by the drink for consumption on the premises in unincorporated areas that do not allow by the drink sales. Must meet certain extra requirements to qualify for this license.

        Requires applicant applying as a resort to have a restaurant on premises and at least 30 overnight guest rooms and 60 percent of the gross income from food sales, or an applicant not having overnight guest rooms must qualify under the restaurant requirements with minimum annual gross sales of $75,000, of which $50,000 must come from nonalcoholic sales.

          Retail Liquor by the Drink Resort Temporary License (Spirits, Wine and Beer - 90 days)

          This temporary license allows retailers to serve all alcoholic beverages (including spirits, wine and beer) by the drink for consumption on the premises in cities or counties that do not allow by drink sales. Applicants qualifying for Temporary 90 Day Resort licenses shall furnish with their application a certified statement projecting annual gross receipts of not less than $75,000 per year with at least $50,000 of such receipts from nonalcoholic sales.

            Retail by Drink Seasonal Resort License (Spirits, Wine and Beer)

            This allows retailers to serve all alcoholic beverages (including spirits, wine and beer) by the drink for consumption on the premises in cities or counties that do not allow by drink sales. You must be able to qualify for this license under certain special provisions as indicated below.

              • Additional Information Required - Requires applicant applying as a seasonal resort to furnish with their application a certified statement certifying that the establishments open for business eight or fewer consecutive months in any calendar year and that at least 50 percent of all gross sales of the restaurant establishment for the past one year immediately preceding its application for a license was from the sale of prepared meals.

              Retail by the Drink Seasonal Resort Temporary License (Spirits, Wine and Beer - 90 days)

                • Additional Information Required - Requires applicant applying for a temporary seasonal resort license to furnish with their application a certified statement that the establishment is a new Seasonal Resort restaurant having been in operation for less than 12 weeks and is open for business eight or fewer consecutive months in any calendar year and showing a projection for annualized gross sales of which 50 percent shall be from sales of prepared meals.
