The Office of Records & Registration's mission is to provide reliable and accurate management of all records, including but not limited to transcripts, change of grades, change of primary institution/change of majors, and state reports. Records & Registration seeks to provide the highest quality in customer service, continually improving web-based and electronic services, always within a student-centered environment. Ultimately, Records & Registration staff will strive to be responsive, professional, and sensitive to the needs of the diverse populations that St. Philip’s College increasingly serves to include Distance Education and Campus-based full-time and part-time students.
You must apply to graduate in order to be awarded a degree or certificate. There is no graduation fee. We will provide the diploma, cap, and gown.

All references to “Alamo Colleges” in the Catalog are intended to be each of the Colleges in the Alamo Colleges family. Transcript request takes 3 to 5 business days to be processed when it is a printed transcript. PDF requests for students with no holds and/or issues within their request are typically sent out within the hour of the order being processed.
